Matt is the Chief Financial Officer for Tharp Investments.  He joined Tharp Investments in August, 2016.  Matt is responsible all facets of refinancing loans with regional and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities lenders.  He is also responsible for overseeing construction pro-forma’s, tax returns, and Accounting functions.

 

He joined Tharp Investments after serving as a Controller for several real estate companies, most recently Milhaus Development a mixed-use development, construction, and property management company. Matt also joined Sandor Development an Indianapolis based commercial real estate company with properties in 27 states.  Prior to Sandor Development Matt was the Controller for a Chicago base commercial real estate developer with 67 properties at the time.

 

Matt attended Thornwood High School in South Holland, IL.  He attended and graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an Accounting concentration.  Matt also attended Indiana University Northwest for his

post-graduate curriculum.
