Elaine is the VP of Development for Tharp Investments with more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate and development. Elaine is uniquely qualified to be our VP of Development. Her previous positions with Tharp have provided Elaine with a thorough knowledge and understanding of our entire property operations. She is responsible for all steps of our development projects; contract negotiation, brokerage, implementation, execution, construction, and delivery of all Tharp development projects. As well as advising other areas of the company.

She joined Tharp Investments right after graduating from college. Elaine worked as an Account Manager, Property Manager, Construction Project Manager, and Leasing Agent. Elaine joined the Tharp team in 1997 and her experience in all facets of our operations provides Elaine with a unique, both sides of the desk insight and understanding for both our tenants and for Tharp Investments.

Elaine attended Lutheran High School of Indianapolis and graduated with Honors. And as a member of the National Honors Society, she received an academic scholarship from the American Business Women’s Association. She attended the internationally known, IU Kelly School of Business. Elaine graduated with a BS in Marketing and Management with a focus on Finance and International Business.

Jeff joined Tharp Realty serving in the role of Managing Broker. Jeff is a graduate of Vincennes University with a degree in Aviation. He began his career by working his way up to general manager of a multi-million dollar recreational business specializing in sales and service of high performance cars and boats. In 2009 Jeff founded a multi-unit restaurant chain and built a team that grew the concept into a franchisable model that is growing into select markets across the country.
Jeff has a strong drive for life, business, and bringing people together, but his character and creativity are what makes him a perfect fit for your next project or need.

Crystal is an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker with a demonstrated history of sales and leasing success. She is skilled in negotiation, sales, leasing, investment properties, real estate transactions, landlord representation, tenant representation, and lease & sales administration throughout the state of Indiana.
With a thorough knowledge of the commercial real estate market, she provides market expertise, experience, knowledge, and resources needed to meet the unique challenges of your transaction and to ensure that you make the most informed decision possible.

Matt is the Chief Financial Officer for Tharp Investments. He joined Tharp Investments in August, 2016. Matt is responsible all facets of refinancing loans with regional and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities lenders. He is also responsible for overseeing construction pro-forma’s, tax returns, and Accounting functions.
He joined Tharp Investments after serving as a Controller for several real estate companies, most recently Milhaus Development a mixed-use development, construction, and property management company. Matt also joined Sandor Development an Indianapolis based commercial real estate company with properties in 27 states. Prior to Sandor Development Matt was the Controller for a Chicago base commercial real estate developer with 67 properties at the time.
Matt attended Thornwood High School in South Holland, IL. He attended and graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an Accounting concentration. Matt also attended Indiana University Northwest for his post-graduate curriculum.

Bill joined Tharp Investments serving as General Counsel. In his role, Bill counsels Tharp Investments on all legal matters, prepares leases, contracts, performs development and permitting activities, acquisitions and dispositions, and personally represents Tharp Investments in dispute resolution negotiations and litigation. Bill began his legal career as a clerk, Associate, and Partner at Wood Tuohy Gleason Mercer & Herrin. He previously served as General Counsel for Sandor Development Company for ten years, General Counsel for the Indiana Port Commission, Section Chief of the Medical Licensing Division of the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, as well as maintaining a law office in New Palestine, Indiana.

Bill has extensive real estate, problem solving and litigation experience. He is a native of South Bend, Indiana, graduated from Wabash College in 1987 and Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 1990. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State, and Seventh Circuit Bar Associations. Bill actively serves his community and after serving on the School Board of Trustees for the Community School Corporation of Southern Hancock County for eleven years, he joined and currently serves on the New Palestine Town Council.
